Complete this form to open a DSC service ticket. 

Note: Service is for software repair only. We do not offer cosmetic repair. In order to receive service free of charge, you must hold a valid warranty.

DSC Sport products are warrantied against defects for a period of 5 years for software (1 year for hardware) to the original purchaser and on the vehicle on which it was originally installed. Shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the warranty status. Warranty and Support apply to product(s) purchased directly from DSC for the original purchaser. Warranty and Support do not apply to third party, resellers, or private label products.

If you do not hold a valid warranty as the original purchaser, you may either submit this form and receive an invoice for DSC service in the amount of $250, or purchase our 5 Year Aftermarket Warranty Package for $350. 

Our Aftermarket Warranty Package includes the following: 

1. Free calibration files for the duration of the warranty period
2. Software support, including reboot
3. Priority assistance with tuning and other suspension inquiries

If you plan to purchase a warranty package, you can add both the warranty package and this service form to your cart and check out in one transaction. 

Services performed outside of the warranty parameter are subject to a service charge. In some cases, the controller may be determined to be unrepairable by our service department. Repair is a one-time service. No refunds or warranty on repair. DSC is not responsible for issue(s) caused by external factors (e.g., misuse, flood, crash, voltage spike). Cosmetic repair is not offered. By submitting this form you acknowledge and agree to the terms of service.
