DSC Sport products are warrantied against defects for a period of 5 years for software (1 year for hardware) to the original purchaser and on the vehicle on which it was originally installed.

The warranty is void if the product(s) is not installed properly on the vehicle for which it is designed for. This warranty does not apply to any product(s) which has been installed on any racing vehicle, or has been improperly installed, or has been altered, or has been operating outside of its original design form, or subjected to misuse, or damage from accident, or water damage. The product warranty is limited to the DSC product itself. The warranty does not cover any external labor cost and any additional external parts required to complete the installation of a replacement product. The product warranty does not cover consequential items. The product warranty does not cover shipping.

Auto Racing is a dangerous sport, both electronic and mechanical  products are subject to higher wear rate and failure rate when exposed to high loads involved with racing. The product warranty coverage is in the form of repair or replacement at the discretion of DSC Sport, no refunds. Warranty is non-transferable, and only applies to the original purchaser of the products. Warranty does not include 3rd party sales, including licensed resellers/dealers. Items purchased from any party other than DSC Sport or TPC Racing are not eligible for warranty. The warranty does not include private label products.

Tech Support: DSC Sport provides 5 years of product/technical support to the original new product purchaser who purchased directly from DSC Sport. Support does not include 3rd party sales. Support does not include private label products.

Compatibility: It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify compatibility for the product to their vehicle. Please contact us if you need help with selecting the compatible product.

This warranty is strictly non-transferrable. A purchased warranty package is valid only to the original purchaser of the package. A customer found to have redeemed their warranty package for the purposes of servicing a controller for resale may be held liable for the cost of a new warranty package. DSC Sport reserves the right to bar such customers from future purchases from DSC Sport and/or TPC Racing.

Coilovers and dampers are subject to the warranty policy of the original manufacturer. These warranties typically do not apply to any product(s) which have been installed on any racing vehicle, improperly installed, altered, operating outside of its original design form, or subjected to misuse or damage from crashing.
