Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. If you place an order outside of these times, your order will be processed on the next business day, excluding federal holidays.

Orders for in-stock items will ship out same day for orders placed by 12:00pm. Orders placed after 12:00pm will ship the next business day. Orders placed for items listed to be "on backorder" will be fulfilled once the item is in-stock, in the order that they were placed. Orders placed while an item is on backorder are not eligible for cancellation. 

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If you have notice significant delays or issues with shipping, please contact us at info@dscsport.com.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping refers to the continental USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. In the event you have requested delivery to require a signature, it is your responsibility to receive and sign for your package. We are not responsible for orders returned to shipper or marked undeliverable if you are not present to sign for them. 

International Shipping

International orders will be invoiced at the full sale valueDSC Sport team members will not alter or otherwise manipulate invoices to lower import liability. Such requests will be reported to customer services and may result in ordering restrictions.  

All international orders are shipped DDP (delivered duties paid) and by placing an order as an international customer, you agree to this arrangement. Import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer as the importer of record. By prepaying duties at checkout, you have fulfilled this obligation. If import duties change between the time payment is collected and when the package arrives in the destination country, it is possible you may owe other fees to collect your package. These fees remain your responsibility as the importer. 

If you cannot find an option to ship to your country, please contact us directly, as we may be able to ship to you via direct invoice. 

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Any refused or undeliverable orders will be processed according to the terms that would apply to that Product if a return were requested. All shipping costs, including return fees, will be assessed against any refund. This includes any customs clearances requirements.
